1. What is a lean business plan?
A lean business plan is a 1 page business plan that is easily refined as your business grows and changes. You will also be able to easily test your idea with limited cost to you this is called your Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which you will learn about in this course.
2. How much time should I dedicate each week to the program?
This is totally up to you. To begin with we highly recommend setting your environment up for success. You need to have a space to work from that feels good. Next, set a time in your diary that is realistic for you to work on this course. After a few weeks, you will be in the rhythm and you may not need to schedule it in.
You may also find some weeks easier than others. For the more challenging weeks you might need to spend extra time to get your head around the concept.
There is no right or wrong amount of time to work, but set the intention the night before you set out to work.
We believe that success in our programs and in business requires an element of self care. Each week, we will provide you with a guideline for self care. To start with take 10 minutes to journal and meditate and 10 minutes to read a book. Don't forget to look after yourself.
3. Are there set days and times I need to be available to take the program?
We will "drop" the weekly work on Sunday evenings and it is up to you to make time to work on the program during the week. We suggest doing a little bit every day so that you can have time to digest the work as well, but everyone has their own working style.
We will have a weekly Q&A on Facebook on Thursdays - so this is the time to ask us any questions that may have come up during the week. We will also be able to answer your questions throughout the week via e-mail or the Facebook group as well.
4. What if I miss a week? Will I get the full benefit from the course?
We know life happens! If you miss a week, just let us know by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will make the content available to you. It is up to you to catch up on the work you have missed. That's the beauty of this course - you can do it in your own time from anywhere - it is completely flexible!
5. What do I need to take the program?
